With over two decades of experience in the corporate world; Leadership, Strategic Buying, and Commercial Negotiation, I have personally experienced the complex challenges of navigating a demanding career while raising a young family. I returned to work after having children to high-pressure environments - and I know how hard that transition can be.
After navigating my own return to work as a parent, I realised that professionals don’t just need encouragement - they need practical strategies, personalised support, and someone who truly understands what they’re facing.

Before founding Hi Ho Coaching, I spent two decades navigating the high-stakes corporate world of leadership, strategic buying, and commercial negotiation, within some of the UK's most prominent retail organisations. My career trajectory took me from entry level buying positions to Head of Trading and Commercial, where I led multi million pound negotiations, managed complex commercial contracts, and drove business strategy at the most senior levels.
Yet beyond my corporate achievements, I experienced the profound challenges of balancing professional ambition with parenthood. I witnessed talented professionals, particularly working mothers, struggle to rebuild career confidence after parental leave, face unconscious barriers to progression, and feel increasingly marginalised from career paths they were passionate about.
Meanwhile, organisations often demonstrated well intentioned approaches but critically lacked the practical, strategic support needed to retain and develop returning talent.
Hi.Ho.Coaching was born from this lived experience; a mission to transform how businesses support professional parents and how parents navigate complex career transitions.
