With over two decades of experience in the corporate world; Strategic Buying, Commercial Negotiation and Leadership, I have personally experienced the complex challenges of navigating a demanding career while raising a young family. I returned to work after having children to high-pressure environments - and I know how hard that transition can be.

Before founding Hi Ho Coaching, I spent two decades navigating the high-stakes corporate world of strategic buying, commercial negotiation, and leadership within some of the UK's most prominent retail organisations. My career trajectory took me from entry level positions to Head of Trading and Commercial, where I led multi million pound negotiations, managed complex commercial contracts, and drove business strategy at the most senior levels.
Yet beyond my corporate achievements, I experienced the profound challenges of balancing professional ambition with parenthood. I witnessed talented professionals, particularly working mothers, struggle to rebuild career confidence after parental leave, face unconscious barriers to progression, and feel increasingly marginalised from career paths they were passionate about.
Meanwhile, organisations often demonstrated well intentioned approaches but critically lacked the practical, strategic support needed to retain and develop returning talent.
