With over two decades of experience in the corporate world; Leadership, Strategic Buying, and Commercial Negotiation, I have personally experienced the complex challenges of navigating a demanding career while raising a young family. Before founding Hi Ho Coaching, I spent two decades navigating the high-stakes corporate world of leadership, strategic buying, and commercial negotiation, within some of the UK's most prominent retail organisations. My career trajectory took me from entry level buying positions to Head of Trading and Commercial, where I led multi million pound negotiations, managed complex commercial contracts, and drove business strategy at the most senior levels.
Yet beyond my corporate achievements, I experienced the profound challenges of balancing professional ambition with parenthood. I witnessed talented professionals, particularly working mothers, struggle to rebuild career confidence after parental leave, face unconscious barriers to progression, and feel increasingly marginalised from career paths they were passionate about.
